Douglas Berman is a professor at the Moritz College of Law at the Ohio State University. He studied at Princeton and Harvard Law School and teaches about criminal law and criminal sentencing. Before becoming a professor, he served as a law clerk for two judges on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and then was a litigation associate at the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton, and Garrison in New York City.
