Hyman is also the author of The Most Expensive Game in Town: The Rising Cost of Youth Sports and the Toll on Today’s Families and Until It Hurts: America’s Obsession with Youth Sports and How It Harms Our Kid Hyman has written about youth sports for national publications, including New York Times, Sports Illustrated, BusinessWeek and Child, among others, and has appeared on Marketplace Money, Bill Littlefield’s “Only a Game” on NPR, the “Dennis Prager Show”, and NPR’s “Weekend All Things Considered.”
