Dambisa Moyo is an international economist and author of several books, including the bestsellers Dead Aid: Why Aid Is Not Working and How There Is a Better Way for Africa and How the West Was Lost: Fifty Years of Economic Folly and the Stark Choices Ahead. Her latest book is Winner Take All: China’s Race for Resources and What It Means for the Rest of the World. Her writing regularly appears in the Financial Times, the Economist and the Wall Street Journal. Moyo was named to the TIME 100 in 2009.
