Chris Anderson is the CEO of 3D Robotics, founder of DIY Drones and the former editor in chief of Wired magazine. Anderson is the author of the New York Times bestselling books The Long Tail and Free, as well as Makers: The New Industrial Revolution. Previously, Anderson worked for The Economist for seven years in London, Hong Kong and New York in various positions, ranging from Technology Editor to U.S. Business Editor, as well as the scientific journals Nature and Science. In 2007, he was named to the TIME 100. He currently lives in Berkeley, Calif., with his wife and five children.
